Excellent service and value. After years of the same thing happening with our garage door opener (partial opening especially when cold) and multiple other much more expensive fixes from various companies, Trevor from Goodwin came out, who was prompt, polite, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and clearly explained to me that it was something as simple as the wrong type of oil in the opener. Fixed on the spot for the service call fee! He installed a brace across the top of the garage door, replaced broken windows in the door, adjusted the height and speed of the doors closure, and lubricated the entire system.

The garage door was buckling (flimsy door) which would cause the door to crumple like an accordion busting the windows out. He first came and gave me a free estimate and told me he would have to order a part. He had the part in a couple days. He called before coming out to confirm the appointment and was prompt. He placed a brace across the top of the door to stop it from bucking and also replaced the broken windows. He had the job done in about an hour. He has in the past repaired a broken garage door spring for me as well. Both jobs he has been prompt, courteous, quick, and a much better price than competitor's estimates. The gentleman was very kind and I felt comfortable having him in my home.
